How to repair windows xp using Hiren

These are old tricks but I'm sure there are only a few people who know. Say for example, Windows (specifically XP is here) you suddenly fails to boot or assume the loading to the desktop "Reinstall" the magic word is often out of people who are already quite understand if the computer found a problem in Windows, when in fact there may be a way that it is easy and not time consuming.
Ever see a Repair option during the installation of Windows XP? If not, maybe you need to damage your Windows installation first and then ask your friends to help reinstall again. Quite right it was counted give charity work plus money for cigarettes friend? (Please do not do this my advice if you are still sane :))
xpOpsi repair or if Spiderman is a facility called Repair Option is included when you boot your computer through the Windows installation CD and just appeared on your computer when Windows was already there (it's Windows Want to be healthy or ill, this option must be sticking).
This option is what I mean. However, if you do it using the Windows installation CD, I guarantee you've never run it will be a headache seven times seventy-seven round. Why? because the process is using the comand prompt (more familiar if called by the name MS-DOS) text-based. Valuable your mouse will not help if you go into the operating system such as this. Guns have discussed how the Windows CD. If it can be difficult facilitated why?.
Easier way is to use a Live CD (Linux installation CD that can boot directly into Linux without having to install to hard drive) or you can download Hiren's BootCD and burn the CD. Included in it have a Mini Windows XP program that looks very similar to Windows XP. Now suppose we have Hiren's Boot CD in hand. What should we do next?
  • Insert the CD into place (not the closet, but into the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM).
  • Make sure the boot priority settings (boot sequence) in the BIOS settings for booting already in via CD. If not, yes monggo be set first.
  • If you've arrived at the boot options menu, select Mini Windows XP.
  • You will be taken FRAGILE very similar to Windows XP. Open Windows Explorer.
  • Find the folder C: \ Windows \ repair, copy file: the default, system, sam and security to the folder C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ config. If there is an existing file warning just select Yes. (Previously you could make a backup of the files located in C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ config folder you can specify your own)
  • Up here to prepare your computer drivers for Windows will return to the initial state as if it were to be installed (software that you installed earlier are still there, but if the file repair software from the folder you also casts into the config folder)
  • restart computer and install drivers.

If you use a Linux Live CD, prosenya same, the difference is only in the file manager program is used instead of Windows Explorer.
Note: Hiren's Boot CD (make sure you download the latest version) is a collection of useful software in the process of data recovery, partition, password, etc.. So I think despite the large size (less than about 200 MB), but still worthy than you download a 1.2 GB video Miyabi
